RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While our priority is making sure that our customers are satisfied, we do not accept returns unless the products received are damaged or defective. Feel free to contact us with any specific concerns and we will do whatever we can to resolve any issues. You may be charged for return shipping to reduce impact on the environment and our small business.
WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKS MADE OF?
Maaro Prem is made out of FSC-certified 100% recycled paper printed with eco-friendly soy ink.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR BOOKS?
Our books are safely packaged in a plastic-free and naturally biodegradable alternative to traditional bubble mailers. Made with 100% recycled content, 20% post-consumer waste that has been diverted from landfills. It is recycleable and made in the USA.
ARE THESE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP?
Yes! We’re so glad you asked. In order to reduce our environmental impact from packaging and deliveries, we have several convenient and public pickup locations in North, Central, and South Jersey. You can mark “Pickup” at the time of placing your order and specify in the notes area which area of NJ you would like to pick up in.
ARE YOUR BOOKS AND PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We want everyone, everywhere to be able to read and access our books and products. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE BOOKS?
Since our books are made of eco-friendly, recycled paper, we recommend lightly wiping the book down with a damp towel to preserve the original condition of the book.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZATION?
We are not able to offer personalization of products or resources at this time.
WHO IS THIS BOOK FOR?
We wrote this book for us, and we wrote it for you. It’s written in Gujarati, English and includes Gujarati transliteration. We love that anyone can experience the love in our pages and power in our words.

Our team hopes to fill your shelves and your homes with resources that help you inspire, teach, and engage the next generation, especially about the Indian culture and Gujarati language. Our process for new products consists of many steps to ensure we’re delivering our best work, whether it’s a new book or a learning tool, but we hope to produce something new a few times a year!
WHAT RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE IF WE ARE NOT SURE ABOUT PRONUNCIATION?
Soon, we hope to make read alouds and audio recordings available for our stories and projects. At this time, we welcome you to send our Instagram page a message with the word you’re having trouble with.
